Finding out the sex of the baby
I'm in my 20th week or so in my pregnancy and about two weeks ago my husband and I found out the sex of our second child. It is a very nerve racking experience. The waiting during the ultrasound was crazy. If the baby is not in the right position it can be hard for the doctor to tell the sex of the baby. So our baby was not cooperating at first. It's legs were crossed and than the hand was between the legs. The doctor asked an assistant for her opinion too and finally he said "well the penis is not prominent so the baby either has a very small penis or it's a girl". So I thought to myself well, my son's penis was detectable on the ultrasound so it must be a girl. We are so excited since we already have a boy.
Recently I have started to feel the baby kick and it makes everything more exciting. I can't wait!
If you can't wait to find out the gender of your baby, you could always try a gender test kit.
