A surprise from my insurance company

A few weeks ago a representative from my insurance company called me.  She told me she had worked as a nurse with pregnant women and has been a lactation aide for 30 years.  She explained to me that I was entered into a new program called Humana Beginnings.  This is a program designed to help mothers give their babies a healthy start in life by providing support, guidance and resources both in your community and online to pregnant women.    The lady that called from Humana  spent almost an hour talking with me on the phone.  We discussed my concerns about this pregnancy and mostly my concerns about breast feeding considering I had such a hard time breastfeedingf with my first child.  She assured me that she would support me with whatever decision I made and she proceeded to give me online resources to help me.  She also offered to send me a free book about breast feeding which I received yesterday and began to read.  She said she would call once a month and check on me.  You can also go to www.Humana.com for more information
